The Huckleberrys Menswear E-store aims to provide you with the highest quality of goods and service. However, from time to time customers may need to return items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,you may return it and exchange it for goods to the same value or request a refund. If it is faulty you will also be entitled to a refund on goods and postage. You must first email (
) or call (+44 (0)1902 714414) the Huckleberrys Menswear E-store to negotiate a return, and then return goods within 7 days of receipt. Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with labels attached to clothing.
Customers will be advised how to send the goods back, but will pay for return delivery. Huckleberrys Menswear E-store accepts returns of sale items, but not personal items such as underwear. Items can be exchanged, but again must be unworn, unwashed and complete with labels. Return the item and we will issue a refund or a credit note as requested. Money will only be refunded to the card used for the original purchase. We do not refund postage.
NOTE ; Due to the high cost of posting materials, stock replenishment and labour costs involved with the delivery of orders, all returns will be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the total order, excluding postage.
